Very pleasant and easy to deal with
There was great and fast response to my enquires .the team where great to deal with .the only thing is there is two set up instructions that are different too each other ,I found on my setting up that you need to turn the unit of if it doesn't sync at first attempt .the unit has given me 5 bars of signal where I only had 2 .works great .
We bought a cell-fi last year and have found it works well just sometimes it just drops for no apparent reason but then just comes back on but overall we are happy even works at the islands north of Yeppoon
Hi Doug, thank you very much for your review. We're wondering if the issue you are experiencing is actually a "feature" of the Cel-Fi GO mobile. The Cel-Fi GO will actually stop boosting if the incoming signal is too strong (ie. it recognises the boost as not needed). We have noticed that in some cases where the antenna is mounted very high the GO will see a very strong signal at the input antenna but a handheld at deck level may not have any reception. Power cycling the unit will normally resolve this. If you feel this is not the issue please feel free to call and we'll discuss some troubleshooting to see if it is a fault. Regards, Kevin
