As the 4G service use VoLTE, and some handsets do not support this we recommend using the unit in 3G mode for general service.

AustraliaWe are very happy with our purchase. Our friend who already has a booster which he installed himself, helped us install ours. Our main problem was that we didn't know in which direction to point the antenna, which resulted in a lot of time and trial and error. Also, can you tell me roughly the radius of signal expected?
Hi Michelle, if you call us we can use our sophisticated modelling software to give you EXACT pointing directions and assessment of what bands/frequencies are available at your installation. The units will cover an internal area of up to ca. 900 square metres (say 30m x 30m) in an open environment. Internal walls etc. can have an effect depending on construction. AustraliaBlow my mind that I could get full signal with my Cel-fi go. I have not long moved into my new home after living in a shed for 15 years with no signal inside and only 1 bar on 3G outside. Not only can I get full signal in my house but also in my shed where I lived. 3 bars of 3G which is 40 mtrs away from antenna. Very happy. I live in the Perth Hills. Lots of trees! Self installed this kit and my telstra reception's gone from patchy to always 3-4 bars of 4G. No more delayed text messages or dropped calls (wifi phone assist never worked that well). Mbps down and up speed through this is impressive too (30-50) - so much so I'm going to get a 2nd kit for Optus and run my internet through that. Half the price and twice as fast as satellite NBN.
