Expedited Shipping $29.95 1 - 2 day(Mon-Fri) shipping for priority shipping by Express Post or Priority Courier. PO Box Shipping OK
We can only ship to PO Boxes using Express / Priority Shipping. Delivery times are an estimation only and depend on location.
Please note: Due to Transport Industry rolling industrial action, staff shortages and high volumes, Couriers and Australia Post are experiencing Shipping Delays. The bulk of our shipments are delivered on time. Please contact us if you have concerns.
We endeavour to ship within one to two business day by Road Express or Priority Courier Service / Express Post from South East Queensland stock levels permitting. If there is liable to be any delay due to stock availability we will notify you and / or issue you a complete refund. We will supply you with a tracking number for your package and contact details of the carrier. If stock levels indicate a possible delay of dispatch we may offer to have the item immediately dispatched directly from the wholesaler / importer based in Australia.
Please ensure that the address for your courier delivery will be attended on the day of delivery, or contact us to organise pickup from a convenient nearby depot.
Whilst we use the service most likely to provide the fastest delivery we can't be held responsible for instances of poor performance by the carrier. Over 99% of the time the carriers supply the service level agreed on. Where this does not occur we will initiate investigations with the carrier assisting in locating / delivering the package. At all times we will keep you informed.
On receipt of your order please check immediately and carefully for completeness or damage.
If the package is visibly damaged please advise the deliverer immediately and check for contents damage. Any claims for damaged in transit, or missing items MUST be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Claims after this time cannot be addressed.
In the unlikely event items are found to be faulty, and need to be returned under warranty(30 days), we will supply a consignment note or label for return delivery free of charge.
We do not refund, or swap product due to "change of mind" or "no longer needed".
If we have agreed to a non-warranty return please ensure that you have an RA number from us. Items returned without a "Return Authority" will be sent back to the sender. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
