Warranty and Returns
Our Goal: At Whitco P/L our goal is customer satisfaction. Even with best quality of equipment things can very occasionally go wrong. In such a rare event we'll work with you to get the fastest possible resolution. We'll even pay the courier fees in both directions for warranty items.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Non Warranty Cel-Fi Products may be returned for a full refund, less freight costs, if returned in merchantable condition within 30 days, due to mobile service being unavailable at the location of installation and we have indicated by telephone discussion or email that the unit should operate in that location. If our 3G / 4G path modeling software shows signal as being available we reserve our rights as to signal unavailability due to circumstances we could not possibly foresee.Warranty Duration: All goods sold come with a manufacturers warranty. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Cel-Fi products have a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase, Blackhawk antennas have a 5 year from the date of purchase. All other items have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
"DOA" policy: In the extremely unlikely event an item arrives wholly non-functional we will work with you and the manufacturer to have this replaced or refunded. For an item to be considered "Dead on Arrival" the unit needs to be returned immediately, in original packaging and unused condition.
Warranty return policy: Before returning a unit for warranty repair or replacement please contact Whitco P/L for a "Return Merchandise Authority" number
Freight: Whitco P/L will pay the cost of freight, within Australia for the return of faulty items to our offices, wholesalers or manufacturers. Once repaired or replaced Whitco P/L will pay the courier cost for the return to customer.
No fault found: If an item has been found to be not faulty after inspection and testing a $79 fee plus courier costs may be charged. To help avoid this we will work with you prior to the item being returned to determine, as best as possible, the nature of the fault.
"Change of Mind" policy: We do not refund, or swap product due to "change of mind" or "no longer required". Any return items must have a Return Merchandise Authority" issued by Boosters for Mobiles. Items returned without an RMA will be sent back to the sender. There is a 20% restocking fee for goods returned as well as the cost of our shipping. The cost for return shipping is at the buyer's expense
